One plan, everything included
Your monthly plan covers the whole platform — the AI inbox, your agents and workflows, the dashboard, automation, and support. You don't buy the software and the AI separately; it's one price, sized to your business.
Your plan also covers the WhatsApp messaging your agents do on your behalf. We size your plan to the volume of conversations your customer base actually generates, so you're not doing the math on individual messages — you pay for outcomes, not line items.
What a credit is
Credits are how Claywire meters automated work inside your workspace — things like an AI reply, a qualification, or a booking workflow. Your plan includes a monthly allowance of credits matched to your expected usage.
You can always see your live balance in the top bar and on the Billing page, along with a running history of how credits were used. If you're running low, we notify you in-app and by email well before anything pauses.
Topping up (pay as you go)
Busy month? You can top up credits anytime from the Billing page — pick a top-up pack, pay securely, and the credits land in your wallet immediately. This is pure pay-as-you-go: top up only when you need more, with no change to your plan.
- Top-ups are prepaid — you only ever spend what you've added.
- Automation pauses safely if your balance runs out, then resumes the moment you top up. Nothing is sent without available credits.
- Every top-up and every charge is itemised in your ledger.
Larger teams & enterprise
High-volume and enterprise customers can opt into a dedicated messaging wallet for full line-item transparency on WhatsApp costs, billed separately from the platform plan. Most businesses don't need this — the all-inclusive plan is simpler — but it's there when you want granular reporting. Talk to us about which fits.
