How pricing works.

Claywire is priced to your business — its size, your industry, and how much your customers actually message you. No one-size-fits-all tier that's wrong for everyone.

Priced to your business, not a generic tier

Every business messages at a different volume. A neighbourhood clinic and a multi-branch real-estate firm have very different needs, so we size your plan to three things: your business size, your industry, and your expected conversation volume. You get a plan that fits instead of paying for capacity you'll never use — or outgrowing a tier in a month.

What your plan includes

  • The full platform — AI inbox, agents, workflows, dashboard, and automation.
  • AI handling for your conversations, sized to your customer base.
  • WhatsApp messaging your agents do on your behalf, included in the plan.
  • Support, sized to your plan (from standard to dedicated for managed/enterprise).

Setup

Most plans include a one-time setup — we configure your agents, knowledge base, and WhatsApp connection with you, so you go live correctly rather than fighting a self-serve wizard. The setup scope depends on how custom your workflows are; we'll quote it up front with no surprises.

Pay as you go

If you have a busy month — a campaign, a seasonal rush — you can top up credits anytime without changing your plan. You only pay for the extra you use, and it's prepaid, so you're never billed for more than you chose to add. See how billing & credits work.

Usage-based & managed (larger teams)

High-volume businesses that run heavy WhatsApp automation can move to a usage-based arrangement, where pricing scales with the work the AI does across your customer base. Enterprise customers can add a dedicated, separately-billed messaging wallet for full line-item transparency, plus an SLA and dedicated support.
