Terms & Conditions
The agreement behind your workspace.
These Terms govern your access to and use of Claywire. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
Last updated: 9 June 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (the “Customer”) and Aetheron Solutions (“Claywire”, “we”, “us”). If you use Claywire on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of the service
Claywire is a multi-tenant WhatsApp AI CRM. It connects to the WhatsApp Business Platform and other lead sources to answer, qualify, nurture, and book leads using AI agents and automated workflows, with a daily owner report. AI replies, message automation, and voice tasks are metered and consumed from a prepaid credit wallet.
We may add, change, or remove features over time. We may use Business Solution Providers and the WhatsApp Cloud API to deliver messaging.
3. Accounts and workspaces
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity within your workspace.
- You must keep credentials confidential, assign roles appropriately, and promptly revoke access for users who should no longer have it.
- You are responsible for the configuration of your agents, templates, knowledge bases, and connected channels.
4. Your compliance and consent obligations
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Claywire to contact leads and customers is lawful. In particular, you must:
- Obtain valid, informed, and documented opt-in consent from your leads before sending them WhatsApp or other commercial messages, as required by India's DPDP Act 2023.
- Comply with TRAI's regulations on commercial communications, including honouring Do-Not-Disturb (DND) preferences, opt-out / STOP requests, and any registration and consent-tracking requirements that apply to your messaging.
- Comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's terms, including the use of approved message templates for business-initiated messages and respect for quality ratings and messaging limits.
- Provide a clear opt-out mechanism and stop messaging contacts who opt out.
As between you and Claywire, you are the Data Fiduciary for your lead data and we are your Data Processor (see the Privacy Policy).
5. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
You must not use Claywire to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to numbers that have not consented or that have opted out.
- Scrape, purchase, or message lead lists obtained without lawful consent.
- Send content that is fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.
- Impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.
- Probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.
See our Agent Policy for additional rules on how AI agents may be configured and used. We may suspend or limit accounts that violate these rules or that threaten platform quality or Meta compliance.
6. Credits, fees, and billing
- Credits are prepaid and are consumed by usage (AI replies, message automation, voice tasks). Consumed credits are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
- Plans may combine a setup fee with a recurring subscription or retainer. Fees are billed in advance and are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. GST), which are added where required.
- You authorise us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for the fees and credit top-ups you select, including any auto-refill you enable.
- We may change pricing on prospective notice; changes do not affect credits already purchased.
Refunds, where available, are governed by the Refund Policy.
7. Message delivery — no guarantee
Message delivery depends on the WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta, and telecom networks, which are outside our control. We do not guarantee that any message will be delivered, delivered within a particular time, or result in a reply, booking, or sale. Meta may rate-limit, template-reject, or restrict numbers based on quality and policy.
8. Intellectual property
Claywire, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Aetheron Solutions and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. You retain ownership of your content and data; you grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service.
9. Confidentiality and data protection
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for the content your agents send or for your compliance with applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold Claywire harmless from claims arising out of your content, your messaging, your failure to obtain required consent, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law (including DPDP, TRAI, and Meta policy).
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or conduct that risks platform quality, security, or Meta compliance. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we will make your data available for export for a limited period and then delete it per the Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights, the courts at Mayurbhanj, Odisha, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these Terms.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the dashboard or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
